Rearranging buttons

Description of the issue: Brave does not seem to support arranging the buttons in the bar. Also, isn’t there some support site for these kinds of questions? (Apologies for asking this here!)

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.3.118 Chromium: 80.0.3987.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)] on macOS
