I’m using Brave desktop version 1.82.172 (Chromium: 140.0.7339.207). After enabling the flags given here, the browser crashes randomly while watching YouTube or doing some other work. I don’t know which flag is the culprit for the issue. Please look into this.
How do I manually submit crash reports?

After you click the “Send Now” button, return to brave://crashes and gather up the Crash Report ID numbers that end with a string of zeros. Post the numbers, here, in a new reply. Example of a Crash Report ID number:
Here are some Crash IDs I found. When I try to send most recent crash, it is staying in “Upload requested by user“
OP has Crash ID numbers.
See what I found in Windows Event Viewer after yet another crash
I have Dark Reader, uBlock Origin (for cosmetic filtering), and SquareX extensions in my browser. Maybe one of them causing the issue or some bug is hidden in the latest version
?
I’ve forwarded the crash reports but I will note that that is a ton of flags to have modified. Remember that these flags are all technically “experimental” and are not guaranteed to work and may cause issues to occur. Additionally, we would only be able to assist with/change the Brave related flags – any flags that were implemented by Chrome will not likely be changed on our end.
So, should I try resetting some flags and check how it is performing, whether it is crashing or not?
@Tony_Stark_CSK Yes I would recommend it, although it may be hard given how many alterations you’ve made. But I’m not sure how else you can test to see if any of those flags are what are causing the issue.
You could try downloading the Beta build of the browser and see if it launches without crashes, but in this particular situation I don’t think that is a super useful test – I suspect that the Beta will work without issue given that there won’t be any flags modified.
I disabled the block scripts and it’s still crashing for me.
Try disabling other flags one by one and check which flag is the culprit
