Problems with brave rewards and Uphold wallet

HI Brave Community,

I use 4 brave browsers on differnt devices (1 PC, 2 Notebooks, 1 Mobile).
All Brave Wallets for the Brave rewards are verified by Uphold Wallet.
But the amounts are incorrect. The last activity in my Uphold account was 2 month ago.
Only the amount from the first Brave Browser appears in the wallet and the Rewards from the other devices were not taken in my account. Why? How can I solve the problem?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

Hi Steven, I have the same problem and I’ve already sent you a DM.

And it seems that hundreds of people are having the same problem.

I think you should make a PSA thread about this issue, because more and more people are opening threads about it, it clearly is a major bug.

unfortunately i still have the same problem on all my devices (Version 1.19.88 Chromium: 88.0.4324.96 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)

The Brave rewads Amount has not been transferred to verified Uphold wallet for months. This must be a BUG. That makes the thing unusable and unfair.

it must be a joke, that’s all a huge mess in my opinion.
Yesterday I got only 0.31 BAT since November… it should be over 30 BAT !
