How can I withdraw bat if I am from Ukraine, i can`t verificate my wallet because Gemini and Uphold are unavailable in my country

You can’t.

You can only accumulate and reward other creators.

As @rodrige already mentioned, Uphold & Gemini are unsupported in Ukraine at this moment. It’s solely a decision by Uphold & Gemini.
Check for yourself HERE. . You will be receiving rewards in the Browser rewards wallet. You can’t withdraw them out of Brave, and can only use for Tipping creators
