Problem after close all taps!

Hi!

Problem after the new update when you close all tabs ,
Then If i press + button open 2 New Taps

Brave Version(Brave 1.5.0, Chromium 78.0.3904.90 ):

( Android 9, Huawei P30, ELE-L29 )
