Please fix the white flash

When using dark mode and navigating to different websites, Brave displays a white flash while initially loading the page before applying dark mode.

This is terrible. Please fix it I’m begging you!

x2… I can hear the scream of my retine cells everytime it happens. Looks like the render engine cast “BLINDING FLASH!” thinking it’s a D&D wizard.
