I am a regular Brave user and prefer it over any other browser. However, in the attempt to minimize memory usage (which Brave already excels at), I found that the Vivaldi browser with its email panel took less memory than either Brave or Vivaldi combined with an email client such as Thunderbird or Evolution. Also, I don’t really want to run a browser version of AOL Mail or Gmail.
Just thinking out loud, Brave folks probably could do it better, and in Rust.
Durhammer , excellent idea and i wholeheartedly concur. You and I certainly would like Brave to have (if this is the right phrase) an email client for us. Even if it is a paid version i would support it and use it and in support it i mean i would pay for it. I like everything about Brave Browser & Brave Search engine and Brave Leo all seem key to Brave Software so I hope someday to see the Brave Feature but as usual i can imagine it costs lots of dough to add. So just a suggestion is all.
