Picture-in-Picture appears to pick a video at random when enabled rather than specifically picking the one that is actively playing or the one closet to the center of the screen (which is the one the use is looking at).
Also audio conferences known as “X spaces” on X com, are not working properly, they seem to go mute intermittently and the only way to get the sound back is to relaunch the meeting.
I don’t know why it happens. I can’t figure it out, but it could have something to do with the browser struggling to have multiple sound sources within a same tab as in the case of social media where each video will autoplay and act as it’s own sound source as the user scrolls. I am not sure if when an X space is opened, and then a user starts scrolling it may contribute to the browser eventually muting the space.
Sometimes the X spaces also go mute when I am AFK though so it’s hard to tell what’s going on. It could also have something to do with the integrated Brave adblocking? IDK.
