Permanently Loading Webpage

Description of the issue:

Brave browser sometimes gets stuck in a phase where all new webpages, including New Tab, are permanently stuck in a loading state. Closing of tabs, opening new tabs, closing the browser do not work. The only solution I have found is force closing Brave from Task Manager.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Unknown, seems to happen every couple of hours.
  2. Experience stuck on loading pages.

Expected result:

Pages load normally.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.52.126 Chromium: 114.0.5735.133 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Same issue here. Came from Chrome a month ago because of the same problem there, thought Brave was better. Edge works fine, except the UI is terrible.
The only solution ever offered is to restart Brave, which defeats the process.
If brave/chrome can’t even load a web page there’s not much differentiating value there.

Is there a way to observe an active logger to see what’s going on when it fails?
Why is this not a more published issue?
