Pending Rewards Seem Stuck - Have been pending for several months

Hi,

I have an amount of pending brave rewards that have been pending payout for several months now. Each month the “next payout date” updates but the amount isn’t being credit to my Uphold wallet. I have a verified Uphold wallet and had no issues like this for approximately 6 months before this.

Over this same time, I have stopped receiving any Brave ads on my desktop browser (but have no had issues on mobile) so I wonder if the issues are related, because I’ve completed the troubleshooting guide for not receiving Brave ads a few times now.

Version 1.24.82 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10 Home

Hi @jamesf, thank you for your patience here.

Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

For me is the same for more then 6 months now i’ m not receiving the full payment on the uphold accout just a small amount of rewards.
I sent to @steeven the screenshot but until now no answer.
I wait .
