"Pending payouts" are shown still after receving that on UPHOLD Accoun!

I have received my 14.25 BAT from Brave Publishers Account to UPHOLD ACCOUNT!

I have withdrawn it. But still brave publisher account is showing PENDING PAYOUTS… Why?

More over, recently I was tipped 15 BATs to my account but Have not received yet . What’s the problem? Is there any way to recover that 15 BATS?
