PDF support and lacking of basic feature

Description of the issue:
PDF is lagging while scrolling up and down, and also, lacks basic functionality like highlight, draw etc.

Expected result:
Smooth scrolling just as in Microsoft Edge(Chromium) and also some basic functionality
