I watched approximately more than 70 ads and it shows the payout has been done but when i connect my zebpay account and see the balance the balance is still 0.00 BAT.
And also how many ads should i be watching to get 1 BAT?

It depends. On average it seems many ads pay about 0.005 BAT each. So using that, you would need 200 ads to earn 1 BAT. But you can look at https://sampson.codes/brave/ads/my_region/ to see all ads available in your region and how much they pay.
This likely is a bug. Payouts officially begin around the 8th of each month.
That said, payments can arrive days early or even sometimes up to 2 weeks late, give or take. It’s never an exact science.
There’s absolutely nothing that can be done for payment issues here, as they need personal information which shouldn’t be shared publicly.
