Payment Blocked Internal Policy?

Hey All,

I just got hit with the payment ineligibility email, and when I asked for the reason, I got the classic stonewall: it’s due to “internal policies” and they “cannot share specific details.”

This is ridiculous. I’ve checked the public TOS, and I haven’t broken any of the stated rules.

How are we supposed to fix an issue or stay compliant if the rules that affect our payment are kept secret? Transparency is zero here.

Has anyone else deal with this? If so, what was the general reason or outcome?

Any mod or community manager who can shed light on what typically triggers these “internal policy” flags (VPNs, traffic source, etc.) would be a huge help.
