Passwords wiped out after WIN10 update

This is the second time that I have lost all my passwords stored in brave after win10 update. Is there a password file? Help

Put version information, update id of the problematic update, latest version of windows from windows info( version number) . Windows 10 is not the version number. Also indicate which version of brave you are talking about. Nightly , beta or stable. All this info is needed for finding the issue and resolving it.
