Description of the issue:
Since August 19th, 2025, Brave on iOS has stopped properly loading links from theguardian.com when using the “Open in New Tab” function. The browser creates a new tab and begins loading the page, but it never completes. This issue is specific to the Guardian site — other websites open normally in new tabs. If I manually paste the same Guardian link into a new tab, it loads fine. Firefox on iOS does not have this issue.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Open any article on theguardian.com in Brave on iOS.

Long-press a link and select “Open in New Tab.”

Observe that the new tab opens but fails to load the page.
Expected result:
The link should open and load fully in the new tab.

Additional Information:
• Issue began immediately after midnight on August 19th.
• Shields settings do not appear to affect the behavior.
• Firefox handles the same links without issue.
