Open in New Tab is missing since iOS 12.2

When long press a link the pop up menu used to contain “Open in New Tab” before I upgraded to iOS 12.2. Right now it is “Open” and it will switch to the new tab immediately. Opening a new tab in background is very useful for my daily browsing. Please fix the bug. Thanks a lot and I like Brave!
