Once again, I lost my BAT

The last month, I sent 5.6951 to @BravePublishers without my consent.

Once again,Yesterday I lost in this chance 8.05 BAT that I sent to @BravePublishers without my consent.

Total, I lost 13.7451 BAT, I want recover all my BAT.

Thus, I sent one mail to refunds@brave.com, but they told me that they wasn’t operative.
