Offline Signing for Transactions

This feature has already been requested here but no reply has been made so far. I agree with the author of the previous thread that this would be a nice addition, significantly increasing security, particularly for those who cannot or do not want to use a hardware wallet. It could simply function by allowing users to compose transactions using a public key, copy and store them, and then sign them on another device like other wallets like Electrum.
