Nude ads on splash screen?

It is really inappropriate for there to be ads with nude drawings on a new tab splash screen. The company in question is internxt. I’ve seen at least two from them that are really NSFW.

If you do not like the ads you’re seeing, you can go to your 30-Day ads history and “thumbs down”, elect not to see ads from that category, or Mark as inappropriate:

Although the resolution given here is a simple fix, perhaps might be worth considering adding some kind of parental filter in settings for the future?
