Notification permission on MacOS resets when Brave auto-update
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. 1st Brave version
   

2. Allow notifications on Mac OS
   

3. Update Brave to this version
   

   

4. Brave Notifications are now disabled
   

Expected result:

For Brave Notifications to stay active as they were in previous version

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.51.114 Chromium: 113.0.5672.92 (Official Build) (×86_64)

Additional Information:
MacOS version: Ventura, Version 13.2.1 (22D68)
Laptop: MacBook Pro 2018
