Description of the issue:
MyAndorid phone, Galaxy Note 9, doesn`t synching bookmarks with my Desktop computer. I can see the main folders, but not all structure with subfolders. Some folders have few bookmarks, but not all, and many, mostly I can say, of them is empty! Not single one folder is fully synched!

Here is screenshot with few examples… I have much more bookmarks in this folders, and you can see one is totally empty and the others have only few bookmarks.
Expected result:
To solve the problem and have all bookmarks on mobile phone fully synched with desktop Brave browser.
