Not receiving proper referral reward

I have referred my friend and he is staying in New York, USA so according to this I should get 7.50 usd as reward for referral but I did not get anything. That is why this month is my last month using brave after that I will never use it. For your kind information it is already showing confirmed in referral stats since 1 month approximately.
