Not opening links when launching brave from Task Scheduler

Description of the issue:
When launching BRave from Windows Task Scheduler, I cannot open any links from other apps, say Discord or Outlook. All in Browser links work fine, but external won’t open anything, just briefly showing a loading indicator as the cursor. Everything works fine when closing brave and opening it with the Shortcut Icon.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Launch Brave via Task Scheduler
    Parameters:
    image
  2. Click on any link in Outlook (doesn’t work)
  3. Relaunch Brave via Shortcut Icon
  4. Click on any link in Outlook (works)

Expected result:
Opening links works when launching brave from Task Scheduler

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.61.116 Chromium: 120.0.6099.217 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
For specific automation purposes I can only launch brave from Task Scheduler
