Description of the issue: With the new style of update for the brave playlist, there is no way (that i know of) to rearrange them. I have around 50-60 playlists, and i do not want to have to go one by one to bring each of them down or up one folder just to satisfy my orderliness.
How can this issue be reproduced? No reproduction necessary.
Expected result: I am unable to do it.
