No way to *always* show tab titles in vertical tabs mode on Windows?

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Turn “use vertical tabs” on.

  2. Do not explicitly turn any minimizing options on.

Expected result:

Vertical tabs show their titles along the icons in vertical mode, just like in Chrome.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

1.90.121

Additional Information:

Here’s how vertical tabs look in Brave:

Like, really? Is that expected behavior? I did some digging and found some thread where people were discussing keyboard combos (ctrl + , was it?) but it doesn’t work for me.
Takem directly from:

“So you can find the tab you’re looking for faster”.
OH? Please elucidate how the f*ck am I supposed to find my tab faster when I have 20 tabs from the same service/domain/site opened alongside and all of them naturally show the same favicon?

Chrome obeys the rule of least astonishment and shows the d@mn titles along the tabs in vertical mode. I can easily drag and resize the tab space there so that it only shows icons if I really wanted to (which I don’t). Are you for real? That completely destroys the core advantage of vertical tab mode for me.

Well there’s a button here:

When you click it, tabs strip expands and stays open:

You can also set this behavior to be a keyboard shortcut in the event you do want the tabs to minimize for any reason (Settings > System > Shortcuts):

While they’re expanded you can adjust the vertical tab strip by clicking and dragging the way you would expect:

Ohhh yeah, I missed that completely, that’s my bad. It’s not where I’d expect it at all, but it is there surely. Thanks
