I am a user in Japan.
I’ve authenticated my PayPal account, but it doesn’t seem to work.
It looks like this:
“Paypalアカウントはまだ認証されていません。 銀行口座を登録した後にもう一度お試しください。”
（Your Paypal account has not been authenticated yet. Please register your bank account and try again.）
A verified PayPal account has a properly registered bank account.
Why not work? please tell me.
