No payment/deposit in gemini wallet - over 4BAT pending

I setup my creators account in January and since then, I have over 4BAT balance which has not been transferred/deposited to my gemini wallet.

Every month it says payout in progress and then says next deposit date: ___

I am quiet anxious that I will lose my BATs
