No mobile app and no 2-step configuration

Try to log in to my account from my desktop browser and keep saying that send me a verification code to my mobile app

First, I never configure the 2-step verification
Second, I never install the mobile app to any of my cell phones

How can I put a verification code send to an app I dont have and never configure the 2-step autentication?

@chavesebas what are you speaking about? Account to what? For Brave?

If you’re speaking of Uphold or any other site except for Brave, you need to try to contact them.
