No brave creator tokens paid since end Sept

Hi,

Just wondering why I’ve stopped receiving payments? I had about 300 tokens due from the months before the deadline for closure on referrals.

It was really helpful that as soon as you announced closure of the program, you stopped producing reports and statements. Nice trick!
It’s no wonder people keep coming on here complaining because it feels like one big rip off and its a waste of our time to keep chasing you up on promises made.

If you could help me access the tokens you owe me that would be great.

Any chance of an update on this? We still have no news on a solution and no payout for the previous months.

How do I release the balance from my creator account? The credit has been in there for months now but you make it impossible to withdraw the tokens.
Why are they locked away when they are mine?

There’s currently 280 in there due to be paid but you have stopped issuing statements since the end of sept-oct timeframe.

Give the creators what they are owed!

Thank you for your advice.

I did as advised and disconnected the account and then reconnected. That seems to have worked to some degree.
Yesterday, I have received a partial payout for the tokens I have received through donations this month, but, the full amount owed, that was originally held back due to transactions not being released during the time the account was not successfully connected, remains stuck in the account.

We are still talking about a couple of hundred tokens.

How should we proceed?
