Next/Previous Tab Keystroke Doesn't Work

Description of the issue:

Standard Chromium Next/Previous Tab keystrokes don’t work if this setting is enabled:

Cycle through the most recently used tabs with Ctrl-Tab

Control-PageUp and Control-PageDown cycle through tabs in order visited, instead of order they appear.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. In Settings, enable Cycle through the most recently used tabs with Ctrl-Tab

  2. With multiple tabs open, press Control-PageUp and Control-PageDown

Expected result:

Tabs will be activated left to right, and right to left, in the order they appear.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Brave 1.83.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Chromium: 141.0.7390.122

Additional Information:

Control-Page and Control-Tab are two different keystrokes. They should not behave the same.
