New Brave Profile not creating

  1. When I click on add new profile a window comes up
  2. When i click on the Add tab theres a flash of light through screen
  3. The Add tab doesn’t go anywhere to offer options to complete set up

I’d like help to create a new Brave profile

Brave Version Current - 1.61.120

Computer is partitioned

We had some other users encountering this issue as well:

One user had success resolving this issue by simply installing the browser again — no need to uninstall, simply download and run the installer again (your data will remain untouched) and see if this makes any difference.
