I am connected to my uphold account on 3 devices, 1 notebook (Windows) and 2 devices (Android)
Despite having updated Brave on all devices, my November rewards did not arrive, however, they appear as if they had already been deposited into my uphold account
My uphold account has 2-factor authentication activated and also serves the region where I live
I have the same issue as well. Brave support indicates that UPHOLD payments have been completed but I also have nothing to show for November rewards. I have checked my uphold account and nothing is show since november 7th for BAT rewards.
Same exact issue here. I also have Brave installed on my Windows desktop and MacBook Air, and they are (and always have been) synced together. I never had any issues receiving BAT rewards in previous months. Also, my Brave rewards account remains properly connected to my Uphold wallet, which is also verified.
I have already submitted a ticket for this issue as well.
amigo evan123 soy nueva en el grupo y no hay manera de contactar con ningun administrador, no se ingles y mi traductor funciona muy mal. tengo la esperanza de que veas mi mensaje. hace un par de meses que no pude entrar en mi cuenta de creador de contenido porque no me llegaba el link a gmail y de tanto pedirlo me han bloqueado mi cuenta , tengo alli muchos bat , no se como pedir ayuda pues les mande un mensaje y 3 meses despues me han contestado y dicen que lo bloquearon para siempre ¿ porque me han hecho esto? no se como recuperar mi cuenta, lei que habia que crear otra cuenta con otro email pero es inutil ,es imposible. ya se que esta no es la seccion para contar el problema pero es que no me deja escribir en ningun sitio , ni siquiera se carga. ayudame porfavor.
