Multi Window is Missing in Menu

Brave: 1.91.180 (Chromium 149.0.7827.201)

“New Window”, “Move to Other Window”, and “Manage Windows” are enabled in Customize Menu but never appear in the three-dot menu. However, I can create another and change Brave windows by launching Brave again while it is already in Android Split Screen, so multi-window functionality exists but the menu actions are missing.

The menu entries only appear if at least 2 windows have already been created, or Brave is opened in Android Split screen mode.
You can also open another window by long pressing a link on a webpage then selecting Open in new window.
