More favorites on new tab

Hello team,

I would like to suggest an improvement for the New Tab page. Currently, it shows a maximum of 12 favorite site icons. Like many other users, I have far more favorite sites than that.

This means I frequently have to click the small navigation dots to find the site I want, which can sometimes lead to misclicking on the wrong icon. Considering the ample empty space on the page, would it be possible to increase the number of icons displayed, or even make the grid size adjustable for users?

This would make accessing our favorite sites much easier and faster.

for Desktop? It’s actually 24:

Well, it will be. It’s available on Beta and Nightly. They changed the design for Dashboard. You can activate this on Release right now by going to brave://flags and enabling New Tab Page refresh

It places favorites more in the center instead of the left and all.

And if you don’t want all those visible, you can make it less:

The “show more items” is missing when you have 24 open. This could be increased significantly, up to maybe 200 or 240. Would make things a lot more practical!
