Briefly describe your issue: There’s an amount that is stuck and payment is never made on those.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? Windows 10 OS Version 2009

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) Yes

What date did you verify your wallet? I don’t remember

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes, but small amount, not the entire

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? no

I can DM the screenshots of brave://rewards-internals/ and other places when you guys pick up this ticket.

I see what you are talking about. Same thing happen to my 2nd profile. there are 14 BAT estimated pending reward on it. I know that is not possible bcoz U cannot collect that much in a month. Maybe 3-6 Bat in a month.
The thing is brave do not deduct that BAT from estimated pending reward after I claim the reward. they deduct it a weeks later or not at all. Seems like a bug to me.

How many devices have you logged into? Including the ones where you might have Reset your devices…
