Missing BAT Payouts to Verified Uphold Account Since September 2024

I have not received any BAT payouts from Brave Rewards to my verified Uphold account since September 6, 2024, and my rewards balance remaining at the same accumulate balance (currently at 10.5125 BAT) and the September 2024 payout being marked as “completed” in the Brave Rewards dashboard. Subsequent monthly payouts for October 2024 through October 2025 never appear in my Uphold account.

To provide context:

  • My rewards are earned legitimately through viewing ads (e.g., 17 ads viewed this month, with steady monthly earnings around 0.5-1.2 BAT prior to the issue).
  • Payouts were working correctly up until September 2024: I received deposits on July 4 (0.51750 BAT), August 8 (0.56750 BAT), and September 6 (1.23750 BAT), all from “Brave Software International” in Uphold.
  • Since then, no further deposits have arrived, even though I’ve continued earning and viewing ads consistently.
  • My Uphold account is fully verified, connected as the payout destination in Brave (under “Stuart” – my Uphold username), and shows no errors, pending transactions, or re-verification prompts. The connection status in Brave is green/verified.
  • I’ve followed all recommended troubleshooting steps from the Brave Help Center and community forums, including:
    • Re-verifying and re-linking my Uphold account in Brave Rewards settings (brave://rewards/).
    • Checking Uphold’s transaction history and running a manual KYC refresh – no issues found.
    • Clearing Brave cache, restarting the app/browser, and testing on multiple devices (iOS and desktop).
    • Monitoring official payout status threads on community.brave.app for any batch delays or regional issues – none match my case.
    • Ensuring I’m not using VPNs or shared networks that could flag my account.
      Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and my accumulated rewards remain stuck in Brave without transfer. This has resulted in over 10 BAT (worth approximately £1.50+ based on historical values) not being accessible. I request a manual review of my account for any silent flags, processing errors, or integration glitches between Brave and Uphold, and assistance in pushing through the pending payouts or providing reimbursement if unrecoverable. If needed, I can provide screenshots of my Brave Rewards balance, Uphold activity log, and verification status.
