Memory Saver on Linux doesn't really do anything

I’m running Brave flatpak on Fedora 42 KDE (whatever the latest version is as of today) and the memory saver feature just doesn’t seem to kick in like it should.

This machine only has 8GB of RAM and it fills up FAST.

On my other computer, a Mac Mini with 32GB of RAM, the memory saver deactivates my tabs pretty quickly, usually within an hour.

On the 8GB Linux machine, tabs will take days to deactivate even with the memory saver set to Maximum.
