Description of the issue: when I open Brave, I get a ‘Manifest file is missing or unreadable’ popup (see screenshot). Once I click ‘OK’ Brave opens normally.
Note: I did a search for this and didn’t find any other threads.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Only happens when I open a new instance of the browser
Hi, I also started getting the same error message for both Edge and Brave since yesterday.
For me it started after doing some Windows reinstall.
Albeit the numbers after C:\Extension\ are both different
