Maccabi-dent OTP crash

I’m unable to log into maccabi-dent.com. Any time I enter my credentials to get the login OTP, the site crashes (Error code: RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE).
Deleting cookies, clearing the cache, and using incognito mode haven’t helped.
The issue also persists on Android.
The site works correctly in Microsoft Edge.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://maccabi-dent.com/האזור-האישי/

  2. Enter your ID and DoB.

  3. Site crashes on the OTP entry window.

Expected result:

Site should remain open and allow entering the OTP.

v 1.95.101
