I still experiencing this issue with the latest version which should contain the fix for this –
Version 1.61.109 Chromium: 120.0.6099.144 (Official Build) (arm64)
I use Leo often and it seems Brave more offten than not crashes when Leo was just used on a tab and after focusing-tehn-closing another tab. But it might be just my perception.
Let me know if there is any more context I can provide to help in the resolution.

Just as an update, I turned hardware acceleration off, and it fixed the crashing, but when I turn it off, I get weird artifacting in the browser. The whole browser window will go grey.
Mine’s been crashing multiple times a day too. Here’s the uploaded crash reports.
I’m going to try turning off hardware acceleration to see if that helps as a temporary workaround.

@Mattches just wanted to tag in again as this had been quiet. On Community Call, someone mentioned this is still very much an issue for them on Premium with Leo. I think @luke.mulks said was taking notes and might be passing down, but yeah…
Did we ever figure anything else on that?
@jorgecolonconsulting, @laszlo-duck @RS2023 and whoever else, have you all been still having issues or did it resolve?
It’s been happening consistently for me. I just finished closing all tabs today and checked if there was any difference. I had a large amount of tabs open so I’m not sure if perhaps there’s some correlation. I also considered deleting everything and starting fresh.
@jorgecolonconsulting are you using Leo as well? I know in earlier comment here, laszlo-duck mentioned seemed to be tied into using Leo. So wanting to confirm if was the same for others or happened a bit differently.
I don’t use Leo, but I do have my browser to automatically upload crash reports

Yep, I still experiencing it, though less often!
I’m still using Leo premium (btw, thanks for it, it’s great!), and sometime when I close a tab, brave crashes. It crashed 3 times on the 20th (ec960f00-bc19-830b-0000-000000000000, 668f0e00-bc19-830b-0000-000000000000, bc0b0e00-bc19-830b-0000-000000000000) and once on 16th and 12th.
I still see that it only crashes when Leo is/was just used and almost always when the sidebar is still open, even if it’s on the reading list space.
I’ve shared these reports with the team — hope to have more information soon.
