Lost BAT despite doing a backup and restore to wallet

Description of the issue:
Lost all of my BAT when upgrading computer.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Accumulate BAT, go to “manage your wallet → Backup” download the backup code, update computer, reinstall brave, upload wallet backup code in “restore”, lose all your BAT.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Got 10 BAT back.

Expected result:
Get my 300 BAT back (worth ~$100 USD)

Reproduces how often:
Hopefully never again…
