Lost Access to My Deviantart Account

I accidentally logged out of my Deviantart account. I’ve tried logging in, but it wouldn’t work. When I tried “forgot password/username” it said my username was associated with a “social login”. I’ve emailed Deviantart about the situation, they gave me a form to fill out, I sent it back and they said they’ll try to recover my account. But I want to find a faster way to get my account back instead of having to wait for Deviantart to fix the issue themselves (or not). If anyone, and I mean ANYONE, has a faster solution I’d like to know. Thanks.
