Description of the issue: switching between tabs or switching from brave to another app then back to brave causes pages to automatically refresh which in turn makes me lose all of the progress I have make practically every time I want to switch tabs while in the middle of something.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Come here to brave forums & act like you’re going to post a new issue & fill out 3/4s of it.
- Switch to a new tab & go watch a video on YouTube then switch back to the forum tab
- Scream really loud bc you just lost all the progress you made & now have to start back at the beginning.
Expected result: Come back to the tab with everything exactly as I left it, even if the page refreshes.

Additional Information: According to what I read here and there, at some point there used to be flag(s) that could be changed to get around this but per usual, chrome removed it. (Because how dare things work)
