Logged in from Brave PC, got this notification from Google sometimes, am I compromised?

I don’t really know the details. But recently I logged into Google using brave browser PC, without any VPN turned on, I got notification from Google that someone was logged into my account using Chrome in Russia. At first, I secured my account by changing pass, but then in few minutes at that day I got another notification from Google after I changed my pass. Then I suspect it caused by the browser. Does anyone experienced the same thing? I can’t tell if it’s hacker or not, no data compromised for now.

Clue:

  1. No VPN used, both in our outside browser
  2. Google default country is not Russia
  3. No logging in from sus website recently
  4. Been using Brave since February
