When playing a YouTube video in full-screen mode (landscape orientation), tapping the settings gear icon does not work or open the settings menu.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open youtube.com in Brave.

  2. Play any video and switch to full-screen mode (landscape).

  3. Tap on the settings gear icon at the top right of the player.

Expected result:

The settings menu should open to allow changing quality, playback speed, or subtitles.
