Keep getting blocked on my website and keep seeing atlassian.com and atlassian.net doing it

I have a serous problem with Brave browser, websites, and my proton email. It used to be Google but now it is atlassian.com and atlassian.net. Every single morning, the live streaming Washington Journal gets blocked.
I have to close c-span.org and started over the program.

Go to brave://settings/clearBrowserData Advanced tab

Time range: All time

ENABLE:

  • Browsing history
  • Download hsitory
  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cached images and files

And Clear data

Exit / Quit BB. Start BB. Test.

TEST: DISABLE Graphics Acceleration

TEST: DISABLE extensions

Test each extension, one-at-a-time . . . meaning, no combinations. Test combinations later, if you wish.

(My method for such testing, is to actually disable and remove all the extensions. Followed by testing, one-at-a-time.)
