When clicking a download link, the download location folder doesn’t pop up or the downloads doesn’t start until minimizing the window in the panel and restoring it.
- Open any web page
- Click on the download link
A dialog should pop up to select the download location, or download should start immediately, according browser settings.

Work fine on my laptop
Issue seems only on my desktop computer :
- AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz
- RAM : 8GB
- Graphics : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 TI 1GB
