Is there any way to get Brave browser on a phone with Android 4.3?

I tried opening all the available .apks that are on GitHub on a phone with Android 4.3 but none was readable. Is there any way to get Brave browser on it?

That APK info is recent; but, there should be enough to get you to the APK for old device.
