Description of the issue: On mobile (IOS), I can’t even use the brave browser. Every time I go onto a website and scroll at all, every time without fail, it hides most of the elements in the center and flashes them into and out of existence. I’m writing this on Safari because of how bad it has gotten, I can’t use any websites.
Reproduces how often: Every time I go onto a website, any URL at all. Even Google. In fact, sometimes it even happens without me even touching my screen.

Additional Information: Using the Brave Search engine works, but EVERY OTHER WEBSITE just doesn’t.
